The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations require that an assessment of all lifting equipment be completed by a competent person and an inspection scheme devised which ensures all probable defects are detected in good time.

From our specialised workshops, we can provide full inspection and testing facilities on most makes of customer's own lifting and safety equipment.

The same specialised workshops are able to offer a full refurbishment service on non-mechanical products like crane accessories, forklift accessories, road forms, manhole & trench boxes, trailers and excavator accessories.

We manufacture our own ranges of crane accessories, forklift accessories, plastic separators and traffic demarcation products from our UK based factories. We can offer these products customised to our customers own colours, graphics and requirements.

Onsite surveys are available via our depot network. Our very experienced staff can come to site and give our best recommendations on excavator mats, temporary roadways, ground protection, plastic barrier systems and traffic demarcation. All site visits are free of charge and no obligation.

Coupled with site surveys we are also able to offer onsite toolbox talks, free of charge, on any of the Marwood Group products taken on hire or purchased.
