ANTI-SKID ROAD PLATE. With the new ‘Flight Deck Technology’ Anti-Skid paint system and fitted with a safe central lifting point for use with the Steel Plate Lifter (SPL), we can offer a very hard wearing, safe to handle and manoeuvre, Anti-Skid Road Plate ideal for all highway, airport and pedestrian uses.

The Anti-Skid coating has a Pendulum Test Value of 56 (PTV) and offers a longer lasting surface than the bauxite surface coating.We are currently phasing out the bauxite coated plates and will eventually have a fleet made up of the paint covered variety. Not only do the plates come with the central lifting point, but also have provision for four fixing points for the RPbolt/lock system to bolt through into both concrete and asphalt

Marwood Group Ltd does not provide any data on loading and deflection the plate can take and withstand. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the stability of this product, especially to support the load when bridging a void. If in doubt, customers must contact their structural engineers before hiring/buying the plate.
