- To provide a first class service for the supply of high quality specialist plant and equipment to construction and industrial users at competitive prices.
- To develop our reputation and improve customer confidence.
- To expand our business by widening our product range and increasing the number of our depots.
These Company’s objectives are reviewed at formal management review. Objectives are set and reviewed at functional and individual levels at annual staff appraisals.
We use BS EN ISO9001, BS EN ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 to systematically plan and implement this Quality, Health & Safety and Environment policy. We are independently assessed and registered to BS EN ISO9001-2008. We have documented our management system. The system incorporates formal risk assessments, the setting of standards and targets through written procedures and annual staff appraisals, training, auditing and management reviews. The Marwood Group Ltd Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety (QUENSH) Management Manual describes and defines the way in which our systems and procedures operate.
The Board of Directors has appointed the Finance Director to have overall responsibility for the implementation of the company policy on Quality, Health & Safety and the Environment. All employees and sub-contractors are expected to follow documented procedures and work without undue risk to themselves or others.
This policy is evaluated and confirmed or amended at least annually as part of the formal management review.
