Fall Arrestor / Recovery Device

This device, when anchored to the tripod, forms a lightweight portable access and rescue system for confined space working. The recovery fall arrest device is designed to provide protection from falls from heights while at the same time allowing maximum freedom of movement across a large work area. In addition, by engaging the recovery handle it is possible to use as an emergency retrieval device. Should the recovery mechanism be disengaged while recovery is taking place the arrest brake will engage holding the worker suspended. The units are fitted with a 12 metre stainless steel wire rope with a SWL of 136kg.
